Service Description
A slower paced class designed to keep you moving through the years. This 'standing' mat work class focuses on strength, safe and functional movement patterns, balance and coordination using small Pilates equipment including chi balls, rollers, magic circle, therabands, sliders and hand weights. * This class does not utilise the reformers. ** Clearance for some conditions/surgical procedures may be required. Please contact the studio for clarification.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked a class with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your class or private session less than 6 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full class fee. For private and small group session cancellations 50% of the fee will be charged for late cancellations. To avoid a cancellation fee, please remove yourself from the session via the app or website. If you are experiencing any difficulties cancelling a class please contact us via the chat function on the app or email leticia@ejstudio.com.au
