Higher intensity, full body moves to get the heart rate up
Service Description
A group class including higher intensity reformer Pilates exercises that focus on full body strength*, endurance, balance and integration. A fun way to get the heart rate up and some sweat on your brow. *We recommend attending a minimum of 3-5 Reformer Challenge classes to build up to joining a Reformer Sweat class (please chat with an instructor if you are unsure).

Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked a class with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your class or private session less than 6 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full class fee. For private and small group session cancellations 50% of the fee will be charged for late cancellations. To avoid a cancellation fee, please remove yourself from the session via the app or website. If you are experiencing any difficulties cancelling a class please contact us via the chat function on the app or email leticia@ejstudio.com.au
