Service Description

Pilates exercises are combined with load, think sets/reps, holds and more time under tension in exercises. Add in active recovery intervals that include stretching and mobility. The combination builds strength and your range of motion. This class is less focused on the flow of our other class styles, but includes the Pilates exercises and principles we love. This is an moderate to intermediate level class with some modification options. Importantly experience with the Classics class Reformer repertoire will help you to maintain technique while we focus on adding load to the exercises.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a class with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your class or private session less than 6 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full class fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please remove yourself from the session via the app or website.
