Service Description

A class focusing on the combination of active stretch and strength exercises in the Pilates repertoire, to improve mobility. Using the Reformer you will actively move through your range of motion with a balance of muscle strength, stability, and control.  Beginner to advanced can join us, however if you have mobility restrictions please check with an instructor before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a class with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your class or private session less than 6 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full class fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please remove yourself from the session via the app or website. If you are experiencing any difficulties cancelling a class please contact us via the chat function on the app or email leticia@ejstudio.com.au
