Looking for a lower impact cardio option, try Reformer Jumpboards! Through the elimination of gravity and addition of springs, you choose the resistance that is right for you to work on leg strength and get the heart rate up. You will definitely build core strength and we mix it up with arm exercises for a whole body workout. Tick cardiovascular health and osteoporosis prevention off your health list with this class!

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a class with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your class or private session less than 6 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full class fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please remove yourself from the session via the app or website.
