Service Description

Mat work classes build strength, mobility and stability for a total body workout. Through the use of small equipment (roller, small balls, magic circle and bands) we modify or progress exercises means it is scalable to suit most levels. Mat work is both an ideal starting point to learn basic pilates movement patterns and techniques or a great addition to an established routine, complimenting reformer pilates and other fitness regimes. Regular attendance will build strength across the core stabilising muscle groups - abdominal area, back and gluteals.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a class with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your class or private session less than 6 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full class fee. For private and small group session cancellations 50% of the fee will be charged for late cancellations. To avoid a cancellation fee, please remove yourself from the session via the app or website. If you are experiencing any difficulties cancelling a class please contact us via the chat function on the app or email leticia@ejstudio.com.au
