Expect to move through the Pilates repertoire while challenging your whole-body strength, coordination, and improving flexibility. Be sure to bring a water bottle, hand towel and grip socks (available for purchase in the studio for $20).

Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked a class with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your class or private session less than 6 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full class fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please remove yourself from the session via the app or website. If you are experiencing any difficulties cancelling a class please contact us via the chat function on the app or email leticia@ejstudio.com.au
