Meet The Brio Studio Team

Leticia joined EJ Studio in mid 2022 after retraining as a pilates instructor; this followed her previous work in marketing, strategic projects and allied health.

 

After years as a casual pilates goer herself, as an instructor Leticia loves helping clients find the same enjoyment and confidence in moving she found.

 

She believes one of the best things about pilates is that it is a highly accessible way to keep all ages and capabilities moving and teaches effective movement patterns that assist in everyday life and wellbeing.

Along with her husband James, Leticia took on ownership of the studio in August 2023.

Fun facts

My nickname is Squish, which you'll probably hear around the studio. I live near Penola on a cattle farm with my husband and our three children. We relax by heading to the river whenever we can.

• 2022 Cert IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology with Reformer (Currently studying for the Diploma)

• Group Instructor Member (Mat and Reformer) - Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA)

• Fitness Pilates Instructor - Level 2 AUSactive

A personal trainer and fitness instructor who has been in the fitness Industry since 2018. Complementing her experience in gyms, Ash completed her Pilates training in mat work and reformer in 2022.

 

Pilates helped Ash with her own rehabilitation following a lower back injury and she is super passionate about all the amazing benefits you see when you include mat work and reformer Pilates into your weekly routine.

 

Ash get's a kick out of making people stronger and watching their progress.

Fun facts

I moved to Penola in 2022 from Melbourne with my now hubby Paul. We are loving living the country lifestyle.
